Great care was given to me yesterday by Doctor Ahmed. It was a pretty painless local anaesthetic procedure to reset my broken nose, and clear explanations were given before each step and along the way. I was warned what to potentially expect after the procedure, so I was confident that when I did have a slight nose bleed as I left the hospital that it was nothing to be alarmed at. I was put at ease despite my nervousness, and highly recommend Mr. Usama Ahmed.

I had a biopsy on Monday (12th of April) i had never met Dr Ahmed before , but he put me at ease from the start , he explained in detail what was going to happen and why and if i had any concerns at all during the procedure to let him know. The biopsy of course went with out any problems . He then advised me on the after care of my stiches , keep it clean , when to remove the bandages etc , It was all totally pain free with very little bleeding 1st class job , also thanks to his assistant who helped during this minor operation sorry i have forgotten her name .

Being extremely nervous on the day of my procedure (my first operation), Dr. Usama Ahmed took the time to explain, listen to my concerns and reassure me; which I highly appreciated. Whilst on the ward, Dr. Ahmed paid me a visit. He had an impeccable bedside manner; he asked how I was, patiently listened to me, kindly answering any questions I had. It was such that fellow patient commented on his care and professionalism. I was definitely impressed with his level of care. His patients will always be in good hands. I wish Dr Usama Ahmed all the best

I received a first class treatment from Mr Ahmed. He listened and answered my questions fully. He informed me of the procedure he was going to perform and checked everything was ok for me as he proceeded. When finished he and the nurse informed me of aftercare and what to expect and how long the results from the biopsy would take to come through.
